Throughout my career I’ve created original artwork and designs for textiles, fashion, interiors, products, graphics and illustration.

I graduated from Limerick School of Art & Design, Ireland, in 1996 with a first class BA (Hons) Degree in Fashion Design. Then in 2000 completed my Masters (MDes) in Textile Design with Computer Applications, from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.

Since then I’ve freelanced and lectured in Design & Textiles. After relocating to the UAE I began designing for a local company (Camel Company, Zahra Tex), creating the cutest soft toy camels and gifts, stationery, textiles and T-shirts to name but a few. I’ve created designs for Atlantis hotel (Dubai), Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi Duty Free, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel, and I was the Lead Designer for the interior design of the fabulous Salut Maroc! Boutique Hotel in Morocco. I’ve exhibited artwork at DUCTAC, Meem gallery, The Courtyard gallery, Dubai Creek Art Fair (now Sikka) and most recently Made in Tashkeel 2019. I’m also an associate member at Tashkeel – a community and shared studio of contemporary art & design creatives here in Dubai .

I’ve worked in Ireland, UK, UAE and Morocco. and currently live in Dubai with my husband, 2 kids and our hyper-allergic (true!) rescue dog, Dexter. All of which continue to inspire new ideas and nurture my creativity.

Recent work highlights include:

Leading a very creative team on the Habibi Design bedlinen collections (2015).

Designing a successful new T-shirt collection for Camel Company, and yes of course, more cute camels! (2016).

Salut Maroc! Boutique Art Hotel in Essaouira, Morocco. A totally amazing project, for which I was the Lead Designer (2017).

I am currently the Creative Director for Save Our World (2018) and illustrator of ‘The Eco-Heroes’ series of children’s books.
